Not just any stats, but current and accurate representation of how the businesses services made a tangible impact for a specific seller in a specific market area?




Have you considered the power in presenting market stats?


Not just any stats, but current and accurate representation of how the businesses services made a tangible impact for a specific seller in a specific market area?


Have your marketing team try this exercise for the next three months and see if it does not make a difference in your brand building, credibility, and increase in sales conversions!


Each week, take one amazing stage your team has completed. Do a market analysis on that property. What was the listing price and how much did it sell for? How many days on market prior to the offer and close? What things made that property shine and stand out?


Now, do a similar market analysis on a property that was listed vacant. Think similar size, price point, amenities, etc. but specifically in the same market area (same neighborhood would be even better).


The goal with this exercise is to show, with hard numbers, the difference staging can make in property marketing.


Do this each week, and create a graphic or carousel for your Social Media content calendar. Have your sales team use this as a reference point when sharing stats about why a potential client should work with YOUR staging business.
